1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Multiple Packages (Important)

Because we source our items from different global suppliers to get you the best deals, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

If you receive one item from your order and are missing the rest, don't panic! The remaining items are on their way. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We do everything we can to minimize the impact of customs on your order, but any issues arising from commercial transactions cannot be resolved by Lebab.

Lebab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed by more than 10 business days past our maximum delivery estimate, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through our contact form on the website with your order number. We will gladly look into it and issue a replacement or a full refund
