Thank you for shopping at Lebab! We love your pets, and our goal is to ensure you and your furry friends are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Because we work with fulfillment centers across the US and the UK, our return process is tailored by product category to be as fast and convenient as possible. Please read our guidelines below carefully before placing an order.
1. Vitamins, Supplements & Treats
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of consumable products. If your pet does not like the product or it does not suit them, please contact us at info@lebab2.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product showing the issue (e.g. unopened seal, batch number, or amount remaining).
Once reviewed, we will issue a refund or store credit. We kindly ask that you safely dispose of the product or donate it to a local animal shelter.
2. Grooming & Personal Care Products
Due to health and sanitation standards, grooming and personal care products (shampoos, brushes, dental sprays, paw creams, etc.) can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Opened or used personal care products cannot be refunded unless the item arrived defective. For unopened items, contact us at info@lebab2.com within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization and the address of our local warehouse in your country (US or UK).
Customers are responsible for local return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Travel Gear, Beds & Accessories
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, free of pet hair or odor, and in their original packaging.
We have local warehouse addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom, so you do not need to ship items back overseas. Email info@lebab2.com to receive a Return Authorization and the exact local address for your country.
Customers are responsible for local return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Clothes & Sizing Accessories
We know pets come in all shapes and sizes! If an item does not fit, send us a photo of the item and your pet's measurements at info@lebab2.com within 30 days of delivery.
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether a free size exchange is available or provide instructions to return the original item to our local warehouse before a replacement or refund is issued. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email info@lebab2.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. In most cases, we will send a free replacement; if a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. This clause applies in addition to, and does not replace, the category-specific conditions above.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, though the relevant return policy above will still apply.
8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Items marked as final sale, clearance, or gift cards
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
9. Order Issues & Responsibility
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee a refund in such cases.
Refunds Processing Time
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@lebab2.com.
